SHiNE is a beat-driven dance cardio class β pop, hip-hop, Latin, throwbacks, and everything that makes you want to move. The room is dark, the party lights are on, and choreography is built so you can pick it up as you go.
No dance background required. No "looking the part." Just you, the music, and a room full of people who are also too busy having fun to judge anyone.

UPLIFT is strength fitness with dumbbells, resistance bands, and mat work β no barbells, no kettlebells, no equipment intimidation. We focus on form, breath, and building strength that actually carries into the rest of your life.
Low impact, high reward. You'll leave feeling longer, taller, and weirdly proud of your glutes. Come as you are; we'll meet you at your level.
